The Windsor over Peachtree is an active community with several resident volunteer committees, including the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), Communications Committee, Social Committee, and Green Committee.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a bylaws-mandated committee which ensures that the Windsor Over Peachtree remains a beautiful home for our residents. The committee reviews owner-requested (residential and commercial) structural changes and ensures that improvements are appropriate to the aesthetics as well as the integrity of the Windsor Over Peachtree property. The ACC is tasked with ensuring that all aspects of the property are in alignment with City of Atlanta and Midtown Alliance Ordinances. 

The Communications Committee keeps residents informed about issues that affect them and their Windsor lives by publishing monthly newsletters and updating and maintaining the website.

The Social Committee is a sub-committee of the Communications Committee with the purpose of increasing awareness and use of amenities in and near the Windsor, facilitating recognition and communication among residents to help enhance safety and camaraderie, and promoting a vibrant community and goodwill among residents.

The Green Team works on minimizing impacts on the environment by reducing resource consumption and waste production to practicable extents and promote environmental awareness throughout the community at the Windsor.
