The Windsor over Peachtree was originally constructed in 1964 as the Peachtree North Apartments as one of Atlanta's first mixed-use residential high-rises.  In 1995, in preparation of the upcoming Olympics, the building underwent improvements including ADA access to the commercial side of the building on Peachtree Street in the form of a ramp, parking deck upgrades, and interior upgrades.  2000 saw the conversion of the Windsor from apartments to condominiums, which involved many interior unit renovations.
